Family vibes Comfortable Place to call home

I don’t really have anything bad to say, I love Crowne and they will always hold a special place in my heart.

Clean and up to date facility Caring staff Good benefits Staff to patient ratios good Workload is tolerable

-Allows families to be very rude and very racist. -Take forever to terminate employees -Does not speak up for staff when patients or family members are being rude, cussing and racist. -staff turnover is high. -raises are a joke -making all staff take on multiple jobs -never replace staff, they job is just given to other employees. -will not hire male CNAs -unable to file complaints on higher management due to not having Human Resources. -micromanagement -micro aggression
