-Allows families to be very rude and very racist.
-Take forever to terminate employees
-Does not speak up for staff when patients or family members are being rude, cussing and racist.
-staff turnover is high.
-raises are a joke
-making all staff take on multiple jobs
-never replace staff, they job is just given to other employees.
-will not hire male CNAs
-unable to file complaints on higher management due to not having Human Resources.
