Racist people work here and they are not afraid to show it they will talk about employees in a negative way and then laugh about like it’s funny this place needs the lord

Clean and up to date facility Caring staff Good benefits Staff to patient ratios good Workload is tolerable

Cons

-Allows families to be very rude and very racist. -Take forever to terminate employees -Does not speak up for staff when patients or family members are being rude, cussing and racist. -staff turnover is high. -raises are a joke -making all staff take on multiple jobs -never replace staff, they job is just given to other employees. -will not hire male CNAs -unable to file complaints on higher management due to not having Human Resources. -micromanagement -micro aggression
