      The only good thing about this company are the benefits.

      Poor management Poor communication Low pay and no raises To much micro-managing Management has no respect for employees

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
