      Pros

      Great, hardworking people who really care about thier job. Pretty laid back, and working hard on rebuilding the company as a specialty insurer.

      Cons

      Too focused on cutting costs - very much a penny wise but pound foolish. Does not seem to value employee loyalty at all.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
