      Was a great company to work for until they promoted to upper management the current COO.

      Cons

      VP's or higher in the company that put a drain on all the companies expenses. Home office receives all promotions not the field offices.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
