      I feel like they value me and I'm just not another expense on their books. Management is there to help or provide guidance.

      Sometimes the computer is not as efficient, and too many platforms for each claim.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
