-Independence -Transparency among leadership and accessibility with managers -Nice offices, great Morristown and Jersey City location -Good resources -Excellent SIU department -Good, laud back culture -Not expected to work outside hours
Cons
-Litigation process is not streamlined and can be convoluted -Unnecessary additional claims system that is old and annoying -Stagnant Pay -No bonus, which is not industry standard -Continuing education is on their terms, not yours -Systems and processes are inconsistent with regulations, difficult to comply with regulatory deadlines with the processes in place
