      Nice headquarters. Friendly people in most departments. Good balance of personal work life for nonexempt employees.

      Cons

      Management needs to communicate all news with employees including "hard conversations" about what is going on. Set a clear strategy.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
