Pros

Benefits are good but expensive

Cons

Scheduled shifts are awful. You will train on 9-5:30 shift but then you’ll move to 1:30-10:00pm. You will need to pass P&C License but will not receive any salary increase after you pass. Long standing employees do not have to be licensed and have preferred shifts. Rotate weekend shifts and all holidays but 2 required. Customer Care Dept. is the ONLY department with those hours & schedule. You will feel like 2nd class employee to all other departments. Cannot move to another department until employed for 1 year but realistically it’s not going to happen.

Pros

Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

Cons

The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
