      Upbeat, supportive, kind team. Great benefits, including 4 weeks of PTO at start. Very rewarding work. P&C insurance training & license paid by company. Constant positive feedback from management, team, and customers. Take your well-mannered dog to work!

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
