Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Crum & Forster Employee Review

Management micromanaged everything we did. Constantly expected to go above and beyond what we are required to do with absolutely no compensation. They claim to be a competitive pay work place when we could make more money working at McDonald’s. Previous raises we have gotten we’re only 0.19 cents. Must be a management favorite in order to advance in this company. Multiple people promoted after fireable behavior. When you take your complaints to management, they basically tell you to deal with it.
