      Pros

      For a while strong and intelligent leadership made decisions at the company, after key leaders left, new individuals were added that had no experience and blamed past leaders for all problems.

      Cons

      Current management looks to blame past leadership for all the problems while those problems are their own. There's a reason why they were forced out of their last job.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
