      Compensation can be viewed as fair. Consistent pay can be viewed as a positive.

      Cons

      IT was very bad at giving you the tools to succeed. When you start a project and succeed you receive the same acknowledgment as someone who fails. "High-performance culture" is a punchline more times than it is a way to describe this company.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
