      The leadership is strong, and human, and genuinely cares about the people. The open door policy is real.

      Cons

      There are some members of middle-management that are quite full of themselves and will seek retaliation if they feel they’ve been slighted in the least.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
