      They make you really feel like family. They are very flexible on personal time. They also know people are going to make mistakes and choose to make it a positive experience vs. a negative.

      Cons

      Some of us work remotely so we don't get to see each other very often.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
