      Pros

      Really loved working here! The work/life balance is amazing, the benefits are great, and the people are great. Great diversity and inclusion. Marc is a fantastic CEO and very approachable. All the tools you need to be successful in your career are provided to you.

      Cons

      Needs to be more accountability with employees that perform poorly. Some choice stakeholders don't treat IT well and some managers just allow the behavior to keep happening.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
