      - There is an social event going on almost every week, whether it is a ERG sponsored event, a corporate event, or an ongoing corn hole/bocce tournament.

      - Commute is further than I would prefer

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
