      Many nice, hard working people there. Made a few friends for life.

      Cons

      You didn't know whether management from somewhere else in the company or your own boss would be looking to undercut you on any given day. Some days it would be both.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
