      Health insurance options are too expensive with very high deductibles. Dental and vision are bundled so if you don't need vision it is too expensive for just using dental

      Pros

      Company culture is great. There are weekly bocce and cornhole games for employees to break up their work days.

      Cons

      The ERM team sits in the C-suite area, which can be taken as a good or bad thing. Just very separated from 90% of the employees.
