Pros

Having been in the restaurant tech space for the greater part of the last decade, I can confidently say that Crunchtime has far exceeded my expectations as an employee. Not only is there a great product market fit, but the company culture and executive leadership here is top notch. Our CEO is incredibly involved in the day-to-day something I have never experienced at competitor companies. This leadership team truly cares about its customers and employees. It is safe to say that I am here for the long haul so long as they will have me.

Cons

Like anywhere when a tenured company is continuing to grow there is always a little bit of growing pains that said I feel like our leadership team has done a great job internally communicating with us anytime a change is being rolled out. I truly trust in this leadership team to do what’s best for our customers and employees.

Pros

Product has recognition and is well-ranked amongst competitors. Unlimited PTO and remote work force.

Cons

Owned by private equity with unrealistic goals and clunky go-to-market. Inventory and Labor are integrated, but OpsX and LMS platforms have been acquired products that are to fill out the suite. Sales targets are difficult to hit with the mix of products, market fit and varying complexity of products. Sales success has been very scarce over time. Commissions have been a nightmare to track and collect on.
