We are working hard to try and stay ahead of the competition, and to continue to offer our employees and our fans a valued experience. As we pursue these critical goals, change is at the forefront of everything we do. We must continue to change and pivot our strategy so we can stay ahead in the game. We are in a period of high growth and we understand this is fast paced environment is not for everyone. Three years ago we were a leader in the industry and we were continuing to pioneer how content was received by fans. We took great pride in our mission. We were fostering deeply devoted passionate fans with a community that forged deep connections. We are not turning our backs on those fans now. Some of our decisions are not easy to make, but we feel confident that we are heading in the right path for continued success. We can only hope that those still with the company are here to pioneer greater changes in the industry. Help us in our pursuit by being the change you seek to see.
