      If you want to be micro -managed and gossiped about like you are back in highschool than this is the job got you. The manager and her lead work off a pen and paper old school mentality and is afraid to bring in technology. The bonus is a joke since there is no accurate way to track the goal. So your bonus is based on popularity.
