Pros
Flexibility and pay. Every day is different. You go to different customers everyday servicing parts washers, picking up waste drums, up-selling and cold calling to grow your route. Management leaves you alone unless you make a mistake.
Cons
As a Sales & Service Representative, you deal with and at times work in smelly and dirty environments. At times the drums we deliver and pick up can be very heavy. Only 7 paid holidays. No vacation can be taken during a holiday week so all the work gets done.
