Poor Management - Clerical Assistant Crystal Clean, LLC Employee Review

In my position, management liked to micromanage. I feel so sorry for the full time SSR positions. Management expects them to live and breathe HCC. Poor work life balance. No one ever tells you good job but you always get told when you mess up or don't get something done from the unrealistic work load they give you. All the while management sits at the branch all day and contributes nothing. I absolutely do not recommend working here.
