I came back to Crystal Clean June of this year after retiring at the end of last year. I have been here for 19 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my 19 years at Crystal Clean. At the Dayton Branch it is all about being positive and team work. Our Branch Manager Alan Spiller is always there to help out and has the professional knowledge to make sure you do you job safely and correctly. I have to say that I don't think there is another company that offers the incentives to advance your career faster than Crystal Clean. The management goes out of their way to provide you with everything you need to be successful thru out your career. You are always being trained on the newest and safest way to make your day as productive as possible. Its nice to know at the end of the day you can walk out the door knowing you made a difference.
Cons
To a new employee it is a little overwhelming trying to learn everything you need to do to be successful but trust me it pays off in the long run.
