"Cool kids club" mentality. The pay is setup to keep you working for low/average wages. You'll make more money at an hourly scale just working 40 hours a week. The bonuses are a scam you loose 50% in taxes, you might as well go hourly and get 5 hours of overtime a week. HCC wants 45+ a week. You have to be a boot licker, and not question anything.
