You have unlimited earnings potential. You treat your customers and route like your own business. You build great relationships with your customers. The more energy you put into it the more money you make and the company historically promotes from within. Plenty of upward advancement here. Family atmosphere everyone gets to know each other and be part of the Team.
Cons
Not much downside once you learn the business. Like any other opportunity you have to learn your way. After that its all upward. More of a career than just a job. If you want a career this is the place….
