Pros
Unlimited earnings as a front-line service rep or as a branch sales manager. Ability to manage your own book of business as long as you maintain minimum service levels. Great commission structure, especially for new business sales.
Cons
Some upper managers (regional and divisional) are abusive, and HR rubber-stamps their actions. Prone to treat lower-level managers as disposable to cover for upper manager mishandling of front-line employees. Some upper managers are willing to run over lower managers to take abusive action against front-line employees they don't like, even though the employee is getting the job done.
