Pros
You have the potential of making decent money, especially if it is in a performance based position. The benefits are not bad. The job itself while physically strenuous, is not overly difficult and if you are in decent shape, should pose few problems. You also can learn marketable and valuable skills in doing this job.
Cons
The hours can be very long. You may spend most of your time driving from location to location. The company itself is also not run in a very efficient manner causing not only waste and lost business opportunities, but also disgruntled customers. The mechanism for promoting people to the position to Branch Manager does not seem to be that great. Mine was a very unstable individual who should have never been promoted and whose actions cost the company a great deal of money and some of his key people.
