      Pros

      Company offers plenty of in office perks like free coffee, birthday and anniversary celebration. Benefits are average and the new Hoffman Estates office is very nice.

      Cons

      The company has been going in the wrong direction since they were sold to the private equity company in 2023. They got very cheap and run on a bare bones staff. They focus too much on making money for their new owners and not on their long term growth.
