      Pros

      Pay and the environment is great except during busy times but that is expected. The employees are nice and the store director is an awesome guy.

      Cons

      Taking time off is not guaranteed so you have to take off time with a vacation planner which is not convenient because of future schedule conflicts.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
