Pros
Decent Pay, great co-workers, pretty flexible hours. The studio style building layout is pretty nice and the dress code is relaxed.
Cons
If you are hired here, then you will work nights, weekends and holidays and then be let go when the project is complete. There is No work/life balance and no job security. There have been multiple major layoffs in 2 of the past 3 years during production on a large contract. Healthy companies do not lay off half their workforce at the height of a large-scale production. There is No future here. I’ve never seen lower morale anywhere and management seems to think starting an achievement-based rewards program and executing it exactly one time before stopping the program is a great way to build confidence. It is very possible that you will be shot or solicited by a prostitute in or near the work parking lot.
