- People you enjoy working with - Innovative technology and a focus on growing the business - Diversity across several markets - Headquarters is in a very nice location, San Diego

Cons

- Erratic management: some strong areas, some weak, some bad - The typical mixture of strengths and weaknesses in the staff, but in general a good group that can achieve much with the right leadership

Pros

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
