Pros

9/80 schedule, relationship with hard working team members

Cons

Lack of transparency. Company doesn’t operate efficiently or effectively. New private equity owners and new management are pushing change to address, however the goal is to break up and sell the company bit by bit - and the result is a cutting and very negative culture. Very long work hours and not a place to put your efforts for a positive and rewarding career.

Pros

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
