Pros

Great leadership to work for, great peers to work with, and great mission. Fortunate enough to roll straight into this job after retiring from the Navy...and I'll probably stay until I retire for good.

Cons

Great pay to start, but you're pretty much at the cap right from the start. Not a lot of upward mobility. You can move to management, but there are only a couple spots...and the increase in pay doesn't seem like it's worth the added stress, time required, or responsibility.

Pros

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
