Some folks working there were great. But now they are gone and I won't blame them for doing so.
Cons
Run away before it is too late! It is a sinking ship burning its cash runway at an incredible fast pace. Sales of their covid test dropped dramatically and contracts were not renewed (and will never be). Approvals for new products are still not granted by FDA so no new products in the pipeline anytime soon. The organization has spent a huge amount of money and resources for Cue care which is a real joke and will go nowhere. They won't have much cash left by the end of this year and the organizational cost is enormous. Also who wants to spend $70 for a covid or flu test that requires a $250 reader and is not reimbursed by the insurance??? 3 layoffs within a year and more to come for sure. Folks that are still there are afraid to check their emails every morning to find out that they have been terminated. Most of them are now actively looking for another job.. Poor operational practices to cut corners and huge lack of compliance since sales went down to try saving every penny. Don't even waste your time to try doing something good it won't be appreciated and it won't help changing the situation. ELT is a joke, no strategy, no credibility and not caring about employees but their stocks. The HR department is the worst I have ever seen. What kind of company has 100 folks in HR for 1500 total headcount? And sending an end of the year thank you note from the CEO and a box of chocolate for your hard work while knowing that 300+ jobs would be cut in a terrible manner a few days later is a really disgusting practice and such a lack of respect toward its employees!
