-3 rounds of layoffs in 4 months with almost half the company cut. Upper management then expects us to be excited about the future of the company and fill out engagement material as if they did not just lay off a huge percentage of the company. They are doing nothing to fight burnout or encourage the employees who still remain -Upper management is completely out of touch with what goes on day to day -Middle management was promoted in 2020/2021 and they are not trained to manage people -Communication within the company is AWFUL
