Pros
Competitive pay for the position. Plenty of free food.
Cons
No one in my department follows GLP and GDP. No one follows SOP because there is an obvious rush to get data out. No desire to have a universal organization system. Management and department heads will promote and keep the wrong people because they value personal relationships over merit. Job offers and job descriptions are poorly written and are very vague. Don't expect your start time and location to match your offer for it will change when you first arrive on site.
