Culmen truly values its employees. Providing value to customers is also a top priority for Culmen. It is also a very flexible work culture.

Cons

While the work culture is flexible it can be demanding and the work load is not always evenly distributed. There is also a lack of structure which causes difficulties at times.

Company offers 100% Employer Paid benefits for its employees. 401K matching.

Cons

Poor leadership skills, CEO is checked out, CFO is not in control of his finance or accounting department. COO is a figure head only, no real power to make any decisions. People are hired with little to no experience for all job duties. Middle Management has no power, everything goes up/through the CEO. Lack of Process or Broken process and middle through Executive leadership refuse to make the necessary changes to improve quality of life and quality of the work in the workplace. Non-Compliance issues are everywhere, Company has been making bad decisions after bad decision, loosing money, and the skilled personnel are leaving.
