Pros

Culver's only hires the best, brightest and most importantly, the kindest - so your coworkers are wonderful! You get a discount on food (free if you're management, at least at my store) - which could be a pro or a con depending on how you wanted to look at it. Culver's honestly kills customer service every time. Like rocks it. You'll learn so much about how to be nice to people that make you angry that you're going to look back and thank that little fast food restaurant in a few years when you hate your coworkers but learn how to love them anyways.

Cons

The fast food life can get pretty stressful at times, make sure that you can trust and rely on your team to make it through the lunch and dinner rushes. It's a customer service based job, so you're going to deal with some cranky (mostly because they're hungry) people.

Pros

Culver's is filled with growth, not just financially, but also for one's personal development as a whole. Working at Culver's is a great way to build skills in efficiency, communication, and hospitality, as these are all practiced during each shift. The culture of this company is built off of doing the right thing and practicing kindness, while delighting in every moment. I feel fulfilled working here and I love the people I work with and the culture the company fosters. Culver's cares about their customers and employees alike, and gives you a reason to be excited to show up for work. I highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

There are no major cons concerning working at Culver's, although the environment is fast-paced and may not be for everyone. Culver's has high standards, especially compared to other restaurants in the same industry. There will be some differences between the franchise group one works for, but overall there are few cons.

Pros

Many wonderful promises, they say they will work with you on schedules and attending school or college.

Cons

They do not, now that schools are resuming the managers are giving conflicting hours, different managers calling up to give hours and when the employee arrives they have changed their minds and send the employee home. Manages chose favorites and fight amount them selves as to what the rules are and the employee gets caught in the middle and accused of not following orders.
