Pros

Customer service is highly valued--I feel proud to be part of a team who cares about the people they serve. Management is very easy-going and kind. Flexible hours. I'm a college student, and so I can only work on breaks--my managers are always willing to schedule me whenever I'm in town, and I don't lose my job if I'm gone 6 months. Raises are given at each review. I've gotten 3 raises in 5 years. Hard work does not go unnoticed Culver's hires employees with disabilities; no discrimination

Cons

The training videos were a bit monotonous. I understand they need to be done, but we had to "refresh" ourselves after working there for 3 years, which was unnecessary for employees who do their job well. There isn't much opportunity for advancement: there are 3 basic positions--crew member/cook, assistant manager, general manager. Becoming a manager is fairly easy, but there can only be one general manager per store. The work can get boring if you work full-time.

Pros

Culver's is filled with growth, not just financially, but also for one's personal development as a whole. Working at Culver's is a great way to build skills in efficiency, communication, and hospitality, as these are all practiced during each shift. The culture of this company is built off of doing the right thing and practicing kindness, while delighting in every moment. I feel fulfilled working here and I love the people I work with and the culture the company fosters. Culver's cares about their customers and employees alike, and gives you a reason to be excited to show up for work. I highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

There are no major cons concerning working at Culver's, although the environment is fast-paced and may not be for everyone. Culver's has high standards, especially compared to other restaurants in the same industry. There will be some differences between the franchise group one works for, but overall there are few cons.

Pros

They pay pretty well ngl

Cons

Literally everything else. This is deadass just Hell 2.0 istg. Constantly busy, passive-aggressive old customers, annoying teenage customers, fast-paced very severely, always loud, always hot, and the business attracts the worst kinds of people by being the epitome of a conservative wet-dream (American flags, crosses, country music on the speakers). Sometimes I wish that I would get in a car crash or get shot so I wouldn’t have to go to work. Sometimes it gets so stressful, I go to freezer (while sweating due to heat and fast-paced demands) and cry silently or scream in defeat and exhaustion. Nothing in my life has made me want to blow my shi smoove off more than anything else. This place is a nightmare, with every tiny detail specialized by Satan himself, purely for the suffering of employees.
