Pros
Learn as much as you can and exit. This is what management also wants from you. Work place is very quite during the layoff seasons.
Cons
Its all politics and people who survive long time are subservient. A few are knowledgeable. Expect cyclical downturns and layoffs. Non existing HR and it exists only to support management with forced ranking system. No employee development. Employees should plan their own development. Fake or appearance work force diversity. Mostly Indians with H1B visa. Blacklisted in many good universities for layoff culture.
