Pros

Employees are compassionate, helpful and encourage one another Most salaried employees receive a yearly bonus (as long as the company meets expected financial targets) Pensions are still being offered to retiring employees

Cons

Career development for employees could use improvement Tuition reimbursement suspended/canceled due to economic downturn Very little in terms of employee incentive/rewards programs If you enjoy natural light, would not recommend working at the Fridley plant Compensation is below average

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
