Cummins is truly a global company, and the work force reflects the diversity of people culture and ideas. They are not just giving lip service when promoting community involvement whether locally or abroad, they demand it.
Cons
Nestled in a small town, so be ready to make hour commute from Indy or Louisville if bigger city is preference. Cummins can appear to react quickly to global economic winds, but generally in line with competitors.
