Pros
Good company to work, benefits r good. If you find good team stay as long as you find and good team. Met many good encouraging managers in the last 3 years!
Cons
Never take a challenging role if it’s offered to you or asked to come and help the team and assure growth! It’s a trap and then after 1-2 month you will loose your job. Some mangers take advantage of their position and trap you for their growth and success, if you do not obey their rules and raise against them, manager will eliminate you from the job even HR will supports only manager. your effort or achievement in the company will not be considered even you worked many years in the company. HR will not try to investigate only relay on manager words!
