      Pros

      Cupertino emphasizes career growth opportunities top to bottom. Everyone is given a chance and the tools they need to excel. CEI is full of wonderful people - in all departments. There's a strong culture of being helpful and doing the right thing. Supportive Leadership. CEI has a wealth of leaders willing to help our projects be successful. It's a team effort. I've gotten many many calls from recruiters (daily) trying to pull me to other EC's. CEI has done such a good job hiring the right people, offering a supportive management structure, perpetuating a healthy culture, and offering great benefits. I'm not interested in those competitive employment offers because I'm confident I won't find there what I already have in Cupertino Electric.

      Cons

      Some of the internal tools are outdated.

      Pros

      Cupertino seems very invested in providing the tools neccessary to do the job for employees. Most Employees seem to have good comradery within the company. Most the safety team tries to help the craft.

      Cons

      Management is clicky, If you get on someones bad side you effectively ended your progression.
