No support - Assistant Manager Curaleaf Employee Review

No support . I was hired under a new manager and had leads train me. One of which was absolutely nasty because she didn’t get the position. I had to learn the POS delivery system on my own with no help. When my mother got sick and voiced my concerns to upper management, nothing happened. Eventually I was fired for an incident a month after it happened. This location has been through 6 to 7 mangers in the past 3 to 4 years. Maybe it’s deeper than the person they choose.
