      No raises in 3 years, micro managed to death. 50% turnover rate. Bootlickers everywhere.

      Pros

      If you enjoy cannabis you can learn a lot here. There is a great set of minds in the building.

      Cons

      Not great with balancing pay for what they are asking out of you and you will not even get a cost of living raise. Felt like we've had to beg for our earned bonuses at times.
