      Pros

      Decent benefits, some "patients" are actually worth helping.

      Cons

      Walmart of Cannabis. Continue to claim "start up" status but I personally can't think of any start up that had millions to continue acquiring smaller companies. No real room for growth, lots of opaqueness between management and employees.

      Pros

      If you enjoy cannabis you can learn a lot here. There is a great set of minds in the building.

      Cons

      Not great with balancing pay for what they are asking out of you and you will not even get a cost of living raise. Felt like we've had to beg for our earned bonuses at times.
